1. We may collect personal information from Users in a variety of ways, including when Users visit our website, register on the Service, or use certain features of the Service. Satisfy operates on the Lightning Network, utilizing Lightning channels connected to a node ("Peer") managed by Cloudcapstone, the wallet developers. Transactions on the Lightning Network are not publicly broadcast, enhancing privacy. However, for user convenience, the SatsHub application currently delegates the calculation of payment routes.
2. In the current version, the final recipient of the payment and the amount sent are visible. Efforts are underway to address this limitation and enhance user privacy.

How We Use Collected Information

We may use the information we collect from Users for the following purposes:

1. To personalize user experience
2. To improve customer service
3. To send periodic emails about updates and promotions

1. We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information and data stored on our Service.

1.Sharing Your Personal Information

1. We do not sell, trade, or rent 'Users' personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers.

2. Third Party Services

1. The wallet fetches fiat/Bitcoin exchange rates from multiple third-party services. Additionally, it connects to third-party APIs to provide users with estimates of fees on the Bitcoin blockchain.

1. SatsHub Bitcoin Wallet has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect.

4. Your Acceptance of These Terms

1. By using the Service, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

5. Notifications

1. The application may occasionally receive push notifications, such as when payments are incoming while the app is inactive. These notifications are facilitated through the Apple Push Notification service and the Google Firebase Cloud Messaging service, if supported by your device.
2. Please note that when you send a request for an appointment to an Advisor on our Service, that person may in the future have access to your email address or, for SMS invitations, mobile number because it may be displayed in the invitation. However, at this time, it is Satshub intention to, where possible, keep this contact information hidden. After sending these invitations, we may also remind your invitees of your invitation on your behalf.
3. We make other tools available to sync information with our Services, and may also develop additional features that allow Advisors and Students to use their account in conjunction with other third party services. For example, our mobile applications may in the future allow you to sync your device's calendar, email and/or contacts apps with our Services to show you the Satshub profiles of meeting attendees.
