1.Introduction

1. Welcome to Satshub Bitcoin Wallet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Satshub Bitcoin Wallet and its related services. By using Satshub Bitcoin Wallet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Satshub Bitcoin Wallet. By creating or restoring a Wallet, you are consenting to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that you have carefully read and understood the terms, and warrant that you have the power and capacity to enter into this Agreement.

2.Use of Satshub Bitcoin Wallet

1. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use Satshub Bitcoin Wallet. You agree to use Satshub Bitcoin Wallet for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3.Intellectual Property

1. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Website and to use the Services as provided to you by CCS, subject to the terms of this Agreement and solely for approved purposes as permitted by us from time to time.
2. Certain software is licensed under the licenses set out in the source code repositories available here.
3. Any other use of the Website or the Services is expressly prohibited, and all other rights, titles, and interests in the Website and the Services are exclusively the property of CCS and its licensors.("Satshub") and all logos related to the Services or displayed on the Website are trademarks of CCS or its licensors. You may not copy, imitate, or use them without our prior written consent. ;

4.Price and exchange

1. The wallet has the capability to display Bitcoin amounts in alternative fiat currencies using exchange rates provided by third-party services. However, ("its") important to note that these rates may not always be accurate.
2. Any prices displayed are not indicative of Bitcoins being backed by any commodity or other form of money, nor do they have any other tangible value. We do not guarantee that Bitcoins can be exchanged or sold at the price displayed. We also have no control over, and do not make any representations regarding, the value of Bitcoins.
3. It is advisable to always refer to the Bitcoin amount before receiving or sending a payment, rather than relying solely on the fiat currency price. We are not responsible for the accuracy of the third-party services providing the prices, and will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by these services.

5.Warranties

1. We provide the service ("as is") without any express, implied, or statutory warranties of any kind, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
2. In no event shall the authors of the service, employees and affiliates of ccs, copyright holders, or ccs be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the service or the use or other dealings in the service.

6.Security

1. If available on your device, SatsHub provides a way to prevent unwanted access to your wallet, using the (&qout;devices ") biometrics system. It is your responsibility to make sure your (&qout;devices ") biometrics authentication system is properly configured, and only grants access to you.
2. You acknowledge we may collect and store data in relation to you. For more information on the way in which we process the information about you, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7.Privacy Policy

1. Your use of SatsHub Bitcoin Wallet is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your information.

8.Changes to Terms

1. SatsHub Bitcoin Wallet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on SatsHub Bitcoin Wallet. Your continued use of SatsHub Bitcoin Wallet after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9.Liabilities

1. Under no circumstances will CCS or its affiliates, or any of its or their respective service providers, be liable to you or any third party for any use, interruption, delay, or inability to use the Service, lost revenues or profits, delays, interruption, or loss of services, business, or goodwill, loss or corruption of data, loss resulting from system or system service failure, malfunction, or shutdown, failure to accurately transfer, read, or transmit information, failure to update or provide correct information, system incompatibility or provision of incorrect compatibility information, or breaches in system security.
2. Furthermore, CCS will not be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, exemplary, special, or punitive damages, whether arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
3. You agree to limit any additional liability not disclaimed or denied by CCS under this Agreement to your direct and documented damages. You further agree that under no circumstances will any such liability exceed in the aggregate the amount of fees paid by you to CCS during the three-month period immediately preceding the event that gave rise to your claim for damages.

10.Governing Law

1. In the event of any dispute arising from the interpretation and execution of these Terms, the parties shall first endeavor to reach an amicable settlement. If a resolution cannot be reached amicably, the dispute shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America.
2. You agree to resolve any claim you have with us exclusively in the competent court within the jurisdiction of the US Court of Appeals ruling under US law.

11.Service Usages

1. The SatsHub application allows you to create a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet for Bitcoin, enabling you to store, send, request, and receive Bitcoins.
2. Our application is designed for individuals who possess a high level of knowledge about cryptocurrency and non-custodial wallets. By using our service, you affirm that you meet this qualification. You acknowledge and agree that you have carefully read and understood the terms.

12.Recovery

1. Your channels are routinely encrypted and transmitted to the peer for backup purposes. You can recover them at any time by connecting to the peer using your seed and regain access to your funds.Users have the option to close their channels and recover their funds on-chain at any time, even if the peer is offline or unresponsive, utilizing the force-close feature.
